Our molding department houses a 1,200 sq. ft. Class 100,000 (
ISO
Class 8) cleanroom dedicated to medical molding applications and assembly where environmental conditions can more easily be controlled.
The cleanroom utilizes lower-tonnage electric molding presses for clean and quiet operation and is equipped with operator gowning areas and assembly stations.
If the requirements of a job are more demanding, our cleanroom is upgradable to a Class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) standard with minimal expenses.
