Matrix Plastic Products is a 3-shift plastic injection molding operation performing close-tolerance processing in the 5-ton to 300-ton press size range. We process a wide variety of engineering resins and advanced polymers including PEEK, LCP and resorbable medical grades, as well as a vast array of commodity materials. Cleanroom molding and assembly takes place in an ISO Class 8 environment.  We accommodate sampling and low-volume/pilot runs up to full production quantities.

Matrix Tooling designs & builds tight tolerance plastic injection molds of various sizes and complexities, including micro- and multi-shot tools.  All tools are built to SPI mold classification 101 and constructed for robust performance in production environments.  We also diagnose, repair and refurbish molds as part of our transfer/takeover program support.




Quality Inspection

Matrix Plastic Products' quality assurance staff customizes control plans & comprehensive inspection reporting per project specifications. Formats include First Article & PPAP.  Our state-of-the-art quality lab is equipped with optical, touch-probe and laser capabilities for versatility when inspecting small, delicate part contours. Our QMS is certified to both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012.
