Our specialties in injection molding include micromolding, applications utilizing demanding resins, as well as molds with complicated geometries and multiple actions.
We employ a variety of single-shot injection molding presses from manufacturers such as Engel, Toshiba, and Arburg. Our presses range from 22 tons up to 300 tons and we offer both hydraulic and electric options. Automation methods such as conveyor systems, robotics, vision systems, and material feeding are applied whenever possible.
Drop shipments and kanban delivery options are available depending upon your inventory requirements.
Our class 100,000 cleanroom provides the climate-controlled conditions required for molding and assembling medical components.
